The TES School Leaders Forum is a year-long facilitated peer experience designed for school leaders who need a safe, judgment-free space to think, reflect, and lead. Small cohorts of six leaders meet monthly and gather annually in person.
School leaders often lead in isolation. This Forum creates space for honest conversations, strategic reflection, and shared learning with peers who truly understand the role.

The TES School Leaders Forum is a year-long peer experience designed to reduce isolation and help school leaders build trusted relationships with others who truly understand the role.
This Forum is not coaching or consulting. It is a confidential space for honest conversation, shared experiences, and strategic reflection—the kind of conversations leaders can’t have with staff, boards, or family.
Discussions are participant-driven and often include:
Staffing and retention challenges
Budget and financial pressures
Board vision vs. operational realities
Leadership isolation, burnout, and sustainability
Navigating difficult decisions and uncertainty
When deeper exploration is needed, facilitators may guide reflection on leadership values, decision-making under pressure, boundaries, and long-term leadership sustainability.
Participants may miss up to two meetings during the Forum year
Missing more than two meetings will result in exit from the Forum
The facilitation fee is non-refundable if a participant exits due to attendance
Consistent participation is essential to building trust and meaningful relationships.
$4,000 annual facilitation fee
